1. Who we are

Syllova is a Premiere Pro panel, with a web portal and client review pages, made by Khalil Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we handle when agencies, their editors and their reviewers use Syllova, and when anyone visits syllova.com. Questions: hello@syllova.com.

For the content an agency puts into Syllova (audio, captions, videos, notes, files), we act on the agency's behalf and follow its instructions. For account details and usage data, we decide how the data is used and are responsible for it.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name and email address of agency owners and editors, and a password hash (we never store the password itself).
• Content: audio from the sequences an editor captions, caption and transcript text, images edited in the panel, player photo searches, review videos, files uploaded to the library, and comments an editor pastes into the panel.
• Reviewer details: the name a reviewer gives and the notes and drawings they leave on a review.
• Usage and technical data: which computers an editor signs in from, a log of each job (time, editor, minutes of audio), and IP addresses, which we use to stop abuse.

3. How we use it

• To provide Syllova: captions, the AI features, client review, the library and notifications.
• To run accounts: sign-in, seat and device limits, monthly allowances and billing.
• To keep the service secure and stop misuse.
• To answer support requests.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performing our contract with the agency, on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and on legal obligations where they apply.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Syllova. Each one receives only the data needed for its part:

• Speech-to-text providers: audio.
• AI model providers: caption, transcript and comment text.
• Image processing and web search providers: images and search words.
• Cloud hosting, storage and database providers: everything Syllova stores.

If an agency connects Telegram, Slack or Notion, review notes and job updates are sent to that agency's own account there. We may also share data when the law requires it. We do not share personal data with anyone else.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on the data protection terms these providers offer for those transfers.

6. How long we keep it

• Review videos, notes and replies: until the agency deletes the review.
• Uploads that never finish: deleted after about a day.
• Job and activity logs: deleted after 180 days.
• Accounts: until the agency or the editor is removed.
• Library files: until the agency deletes them.
• Messages already sent to Telegram, Slack or Notion stay in the agency's workspace there.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Two-factor sign-in is available for the agency portal. Access to provider accounts stays on our servers and is never given to the panel.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@syllova.com and we will reply within one month. If your request is about content your agency put into Syllova, we may pass it to the agency, because it decides about that content. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and browser storage

syllova.com uses no cookies and no analytics. The portal and console keep you signed in using your browser's storage, and connecting Slack or Notion sets one short-lived cookie for that step only.

10. Children

Syllova is a professional tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For important changes we tell agency owners directly.
